If you are not completely satisfied with your optical equipment, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories included.

Initiate Request
Log into your account and select 'Request Return' to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Securely
Place the telescope and all components in their original internal foam and double-box to prevent transit damage.

Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the optical integrity of the returned unit, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
